Super fast super helpful!

The bottles are great, they are perfect for hot summer days and they are really keeping the water cold inside.
But you have to be careful, if you have something to return they will charge you 11 Euro for the shipping (from Germany)

As always, love the products. I am at my third purchase. My daughter wanted a bigger bottle and I wanted a cup for drinking my tea slowly, but without it getting cold. Added benefit that it doesn’t burn my hands. And they are so beautiful - I love daffodils and spring, so it’s going to be extra special to hold during the long winter in Finland.

The bottle is really nice I especially like the plastic rim around the top but I dropped my bottle and it instantly dented from something I wouldn’t of expected it to be damaged from. Bit of a shame but still a nice product.

I love my chilli bottle and am drinking more water. It fits nicely in my handbag and keeps my water cool.

Grandkids bought this for there dad for Fathers day and he loves it

First chilly bottle I’ve purchased overall its ok one thing that is annoying is wen u take the lid off the collor comes off with it,would I buy another one no way especially the price.

The plastic bottle I was using for the gym was so worn, it had a hole in it. I love my Chilly's bottle, so when I saw the sport's tops, I had to get one. Absolutely love it! Does sometimes make a funny noise when drinking from it though!

Delivery issues

Not a great design on the 2nd series coffee cups. To wash, the instructions say to use a knife to lift the top off. After only a handful of washes there are already marks around the edge where we’ve used a knife to lever it off. Not what you expect at all for the price you pay.

Great product

The delivery was supposed to take 5-7 days and it took almost two weeks. At the same time, I paid for a gift card which I wrote in Spanish and used special spanish characters which are not supported. I understand that something like that can happen, but you should let the person buying know. The "solution" was to eliminate those characters, causing that many of the words I wrote in the gift card didn't have any sense.
